This will help induce sleep and prevent any discomfort. Depending on the surgeon’s preference, an incision will be created in inconspicuous areas. It can be made along the edge of the areola, under the breast fold, or in the armpit. Once the incision is created, the breast implant will be inserted into a pocket under the chest muscle or behind the breast tissue. The surgical incisions are then closed with sutures or surgical tape. What are the types of breast implants? The following are the types of breast implants:Silicone breast implants: This type of breast implant gives the most natural feeling and has a lower risk of rippling (folds and wrinkles on the implant).Saline breast implants: As the name implies, this type of breast implant contains a sterile saline solution.Gummy bear breast Implants (form stable breast implants): This type of breast implant contains traditional silicone gel and has a thicker consistency. How long is the downtime after a breast implant replacement? For optimal results, we recommend that you rest completely for about 2 weeks to allow your body to heal.
