Breasts are intrinsically feminine, and their beauty is truly subjective. Some women feel the breasts they were born with are either too large or too small, and don’t truly reflect their inner beauty. Some women develop asymmetric or poorly shaped breasts such as Tuberous breasts. Others may lose their breasts through disease such as cancer. Regardless of your reasons, Dr Raja Sawhney can sculpt your breasts through a variety of procedures to provide a natural and aesthetically pleasing result. Your tailored procedure/s may utilise silicone implants of different volumes and shapes (breast augmentation), Fat transfer from stubborn unwanted fat deposits elsewhere (breast fat transfer) and a lift procedure if required ensuring any visible scarring is optimally placed.

In the case of cancer, Dr Sawhney also performs the Gold Standard reconstruction of microsurgical autologous free tissue transfer. This is a highly specialised and complex procedure only performed by specialist Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. It involves transferring composite tissue including skin, fat and blood vessels from other parts of the body, usually the abdomen. In this case, a tummy tuck procedure is performed and the removed tissue transferred to the breast. Small blood vessels <5mm diameter are then prepared in the chest for microsurgery to join these vessels to those of the transferred tissue and reestablish blood flow. This brings the transferred tissue back to life before sculpting the tissue into the desired shape and volume to reconstruct the breast lost to cancer.

The intricate skills required for the diverse and complex breast surgery Dr Sawhney performs means he is better equipped to provide you with a bespoke outcome from your breast surgery however simple or complex your particular needs are.

Our face is most often the first thing others see of us. For those who feel that certain features they were born with, or have obtained through an injury or accident, upset the harmony of their face, it can be a true source of discomfort and even embarrassment. Sculpting the face is a little like renovating a house; it could be that the structure is in good condition and simply needs minor external treatments, but it could also be that there is structural work required prior to commencing work on the exterior. No matter what your surgical goals are, Board Certified Specialist Plastic, Reconstructive and Cosmetic Surgeon Dr Raja Sawhney and the team at Sculpted Clinic are here to help you sculpt the outcome you desire.
