Patient 49 : 59F patient underwent a Removal of Implants + Bilateral Mastopexy + Fat Transfer to the Breasts. Patient had left sided capsular contracture. 450cc implants were removed from both breasts. 220cc of fat was transferred into each breast. Post operative photos taken at 3 months.
