Tuberous Breasts

Tuberous breasts are a common developmental breast abnormality. It can cause a variety of deformities that lead to varying degrees of conical shape to rone or both breasts. It can be symmetric or assymetric, effecting one side more than the other. The areolas can be expanded. There may be skin shortage that requires address. Patient 1 : 18F patient underwent a Right Mastopexy + Left Breast Reduction + Fat Transfer to both Breasts for right tuberous breast and Left ptotic larger breast. 220cc of fat was transferred into right breast and 140cc was transferred into left breast. Post operative photos taken at 6 weeks.
