Is plastic surgery the right choice for me?
Nobody can really answer this question for you! It is important that if you are considering plastic surgery, you approach it with the right frame of mind and realistic expectations. Plastic surgery is not a magic fix to make your life suddenly perfect. Australian medical guidelines very correctly ban medical practitioners from making claims that any procedure will make your life better. However, it for some people, having plastic surgery can provide benefits. All surgery has risks and complications and it is important that these risks and potential benfits are considered thoroughly and appropriately before considering surgical intervention of any sort. Remember the risks are real and if complications occur they can leave you worse off despite your surgeon and you addressing them appropriately. The more elaborate the discussion about risks the bteer informed you will be and better prepared if an unfortunate complication occurs. It is important for a doctor to patient relationship that these discussions happen openll and realistically. In the case of a complication, this will allow you and your surgeon to work closely on getting through the complication to hopefully a better outcome. Dr Sawhney is committed to seeing his patients with complications through to a stable and reasonable outcome. Complications can require further procedures with further recovery time and time off work. This can create mental and financial strain. It is important that you are in good mental health in case you have a complication so you have the psychological stamina to process and deal with the consequences with Dr Sawhney by your side.

Can my doctor show me where the scars will be?
Dr Raja Sawhney will discuss the where the scars can be put and what the pros of cons of each will be in you. He can also discuss the length of those scars as different implants need different length of scars for insertion and even the same implant may need different lengths of scars depending on where you want the scar placed.
How close will the VECTRA 3D simulated result be to the actual result?
Actual results will be very similar to the simulations. VECTRA simulations are based on the actual implants that your surgeon will use. The Vectra has some limitations, for example, it can not show the difference between implants placed behind and in front of the muscle.
